What do i need to bring with me?
*If you wish to have a second towel for the showers, alternatively
we hire additional towels for $4 per person)
What is the age limit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
children under the age of 16.
Guests aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an
adult.
Do I need to book?
Yes! We require all guests to book ahead of time to avoid
disappointment.
Can I come to the bathhouse If Im pregnant?
For safety reasons, we do
not recommend visiting the bathhouse during pregnancy.
What is bathhouse etiquette?
Bathhouses have long been a community
hub, and ours is no exception. Feel free to visit with friends—being part of a
community is a key part of self-care. While silence isn't required unless you're
in a designated silent session, please be mindful of others by keeping
conversations at a low volume. It’s great to connect with fellow bathhouse-
goers, but please keep the atmosphere peaceful—this isn’t the place for loud,
large groups or speed dating. If our team kindly asks you to lower your voice,
we ask that you respect this request. Lastly, remember to leave your phones
in the lockers to maintain a calm and serene environment.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of any kind
unless there is proof provided of injury or sickness via a health care
professional with a contactable phone number.
What is your phone/camera policy? Can I take pictures when I visit?
To
maintain a serene and private environment for all guests, we do not permit
phones, cameras, or any recording devices within the bathhouse. We
encourage you to unplug and leave your phone in your locker to fully immerse
yourself in the experience.
Is parking available?
There is parking available for $30 in the Wilson car
park located at our address. Alternatively, there is free all-day parking
available on Blair Street, a 7-minute walk from our location. Surrounding
streets also offer 2-hour metered parking. Closest being Curlewis Street.
Please note that parking availability may vary, so we recommend allowing
extra time to find a suitable spot.
