## 1. **Agreement to Terms**
By entering **Slow House**, participating in any **Recreational Activities**, or using our premises, you agree to the terms and conditions in this legally binding waiver. If you do not accept these terms, you must not enter the facility or participate in its offerings.

## 2. **Acknowledgement of Risk**
You acknowledge and agree that:
2.1 You **voluntarily assume all risks** of **Injury** or **Illness** associated with entering or using the facilities at Slow House, including but not limited to:
- Slipping on wet surfaces
- Navigating stairs and uneven surfaces
- Exposure to extreme hot or cold environments
- Malfunction of equipment
- Actions or inactions of other guests or staff
2.2 This list is illustrative and **not exhaustive** of all potential risks.
2.3 **Pregnant women are not permitted** to enter or participate in any services or activities at Slow House, due to elevated risk from heat exposure, pressure therapy, and other contraindications.
2.4 You represent and warrant that you have **no pre-existing Injury or Illness**, or any condition that may increase your risk of harm.
2.5 You participate in all activities and enter the premises **at your own risk**.
2.6 Slow House may (at your expense) provide reasonable assistance in the event of an Injury or Illness, including contacting emergency services, but is **under no legal obligation** to do so.
2.7 To the fullest extent permitted by law, all guarantees or implied warranties under the **Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)** are excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is **limited to the resupply of services**.

## 3. **Personal Belongings**
Slow House accepts **no responsibility or liability** for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables into the facility.

## 4. **Waiver and Release of Liability**
You:
4.1 **Waive and release** Hellthy Pty Ltd, trading as Slow House, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation or use of the facility, including for any Injury or Illness.
4.2 **Indemnify** Slow House against any loss, claim, liability, or expense (including legal costs) arising from your actions or breach of these terms.

## 5. **No Limitation on Reckless Conduct Liability**
Nothing in this waiver limits your rights under the **ACL** in relation to significant personal injury resulting from **reckless conduct** by Slow House, as defined under section 139A of the **Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)**.

## 6. **Definitions**
**Injury** includes physical or mental harm and the aggravation, acceleration, or recurrence of any such injury, including:
- Sprains, ligament damage, and broken bones
- Muscle or soft tissue injuries
- Cuts, abrasions, burns, or slipping
- Overheating (e.g. heatstroke)
- Cardiovascular stress or failure
- Drowning
- Mental illness
- Loss of or complications to pregnancy
- Death
**Illness** means any illness or disease, whether physical or mental, whether pre-existing, diagnosed, or unknown.
**Recreational Activities** includes but is not limited to:
- **Massage and facial treatments**
- **Infrared saunas and steam rooms**
- **Ice baths and cold plunge**
- **Hot spa and magnesium pools**
- **Use of relaxation zones, showers, amenities**
- **Consumption of food or beverages on-site**
- **Any other services or experiences offered by Slow House, now or in future**

## 7. **Age Restrictions**
7.1 Entry is **restricted to persons aged 16 years and over**.
7.2 Guests aged **16–17 years** may enter **only when accompanied by a responsible adult (18+)**, who must remain on the premises and supervise them at all times.
7.3 **No person under the age of 16** is permitted to enter the premises under any circumstances.
7.4 The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, safety, and adherence to these terms.

## 8. **Acknowledgement**
By entering Slow House or participating in any Recreational Activity, you:
8.1 Confirm that you have **read, understood, and agreed** to this legally binding waiver;
8.2 Acknowledge this document is a **waiver and release of liability**, and that you **voluntarily accept** its terms;
8.3 Agree that the waiver applies whether or not **you personally paid** for services, or someone else did on your behalf;
8.4 Confirm you are **18 years or older**, or a legal guardian accepting these terms on behalf of a 16–17-year-old minor.

## 9. **Governing Law and Severability**
9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of **New South Wales, Australia**.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
9.3 These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website and available at reception.
